Reduced oversight as they take more ownership. By month end, they're ready to run independently (with optional ongoing support).

Common questions

You. The RM candidate becomes your employee (or contractor, depending on your preference). The ~$1,500/month candidate cost is their compensation paid by you. We help find and train them, but they work for you.

We vet candidates carefully, but if someone isn't working out in the first month, we'll work with you to find a replacement at no additional recruiting cost.

Yes! After the initial 4 months, you can transition to our Fractional or Monthly Oversight services for continued support at a lower cost.

We look for candidates with relevant experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, or revenue management. They may not be experts yet, but they have the foundation - we provide the specialized training.
